1) Pack Your Item: Securely repackage the headphones in the original packaging. This step is crucial to ensure the safety of your item during transit.

 

2) Create a Return Label: Fill out the form below to generate a prepaid return label. A discounted rate of $20.00 will be applied to the prepaid return label.

 

3) Ship the Item: Use the prepaid return label to send back the item.

 

4) Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued if it meets the eligibility criteria. Please note that the cost of the prepaid return postage ($20.00) will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

 

By using the prepaid return label, you:

- Agree to ship the package back using the specified method.

- Acknowledge that the return postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

- Consent is required to deduct the return costs from your refund as part of this process.
