The Heavys do as they are advertised, incredibly clear yet balanced bass and although they are marketed for metal they make really great overall headphones. The only downside is that they cost a lot, although this is offset by them basically constantly having some sort of discount
Do yourself a favor and purchase these Heavy headphones already.

The sound is absolutely amazing, and they are so comfortable.

I love the big sound and my hearing aids fit under them as well letting me hear everything they have to offer.
Just received mine and my boyfriends head phones and all I got to say is we love them I listened to a few different bands from lamb of God, crypta, slipknot, Amon Amarth, slaughter to prevail and then changed it to deftones and shawn james and all I have to say is all of them sounded amazing since they all have such different sounds, amazing they feel great on as well and I do love the app too couldn't pass up the deal on buying 2 pairs
The sound is absolutely amazing, and when I'm working and have "Hell Blocker" on, nothing disturbs me.

I was skeptical especially at 299 and waited until they offered a discount, boy, am i glad I ordered them. Bass was a little heavy for me at first, but then figured out the adjustments, turned off my music app eq and use the Heavyies app eq..problem solved. Sound great no matter what I'm listening too. Highly recommend...
These are the best earning headphones I’ve ever had and they’re comfortable and I can talk on the phone with them. Yeah, these are cool. Eight speakers fantastic.

Usually I have to buy an inline amp but not with these. I have never had a set of headphone that were to loud for me till now. If you are on the fence jump over it and order you a set . Great investment in your happiness. Jeff
For being mostly plastic they are actually fairly well built. The sound quality from the four drivers, from the Dynamic to the microdynamic is somewhat amazing the way they have it laid out. I highly recommend these if you are a Metalhead or a bass head.

I spend a large amount of my day at my computer due to my job and hobbies revolving around a PC. I always wear headphones for gaming and music when at my computer but I've always settled for ok and never really gone for high end headphones. I took a chance with these and genuinely have been impressed at every step of the way. The packaging, the performance and how comfy they are for multiple hours a day use. 10/10 product.
These things are extremely well-equipped to handle the heaviest music imaginable. Listen up, mf, if you hit it with Death metal, Deathcore, Brutal Death, good ol' Träd Heavy or even Hank Williams, GRAB THESE. I'll summarize my review in five words: THEY ARE WORTH THE INVESTMENT.
The breakdowns through these make my fillings rattle. The disgusting sewage soaked SLAMS make my nuts erupt. And they also come with a fashionable yet sturdy carrying case!
In all seriousness, anyone using these should use an equalizer (Heavys actually has an app with a pretty good one) and tweak the sound until you get what you're looking for.
These headphones are the real deal, and when you buy them, you're going to thank yourself every time you listen to Cannibal Corpse, Whitechapel, Operation C Destroyer (you know I can't type it, you animals), Carnifex, Maggot Colony (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), Knocked Loose or any other heavy sh>t you can imagine.
