It wasn't until I got these Heavys thst I fully realized how much of my metal I was actually missing out on! It's very easy for this type of music to get muddy, but with the Heavys, I can hear every instrument clearly. It's almost like hearing the albums for the first time! And you can not beat the BASS. So thick, it rattles my glasses on my face! These headphones are SERIOUS.

I can understand why some people are upset when they first get these headphones as the profile is very flat. Which is a good thing! It's a great starting point to get eq's set up to your best personal preference. I use the heavy's app in tandem with Sonarwork's Sound ID app and together these apps make the headphones sound incredible. It took a few hours to get the sound profile just right but I couldn't be happier.
Very nice and comfy. I usually wear in ears and these are thus far the only ones to compete with the high end in ears i usually use.
So far I have nothing but great experience with these. Easy to use and customize to you and the sound is unmatched.
When I bought my heavys I was worried I done spent all this money and have never put a set on or knew anyone with a set but I'm here to tell you right now I absolutely love my new headphones! The sound is put of this world. It blows my mind how great they sound and how comfortable they are to wear. If there is any doubt on the price don't hesitate on buying them. I will never wear or use any other headphones ever again.
I love my new Heavys - worth every penny and would have paid more if I knew they would be this good. All metal fans need a pair of these! The quality is off the scale - you can hear everything as it was intended. They are insanely good. I also love my Saxon shells.......my world would be complete if I could get some Metallica shells :) I cannot recommend Heavys enough - just sheer metal music listening delight.
I absolutely love them. The little voice when you change setting makes me chuckle. I'm putting mine on now and listening to some tastey jams. If I played my stereo this loud, the cops would be here immediately. Maybe my neighbors should write a review on how much they're enjoying the peace and quiet.

Great sound and adjustments with equalizer make them even better. Solid fit well built. I’ve had Sony and Bose both don’t compare to fit or sound absolutely excellent set of headphones. Im gonna put them to the test this year with outdoor work. Will be buying again I’m sure.
These headphones sound amazing for all music. I wish I could save EQ presets for multiple genres in the HEAVYS app but all in all I am happy with my purchase.

These are the best headphones I have ever purchased and the Katatonia shells allow me to customize and show my love for a band I have listened to for over 20 years. The sound is superb and the equalizer on the app allows for optimal adjustments allowing me to hear every note and every bass line.
