Product Warranty

 

Warranty Coverage:


We offer a one-year limited warranty on all of our headphones. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use of the product.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, such as dropping the headphones or exposing them to extreme temperatures.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, including wear on ear pads, head pads, or cables.

Warranty Claim:
If you experience an issue with your headphones that you believe is covered under the warranty, please contact our customer service team at support@heavys.com. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase and/or send the product back for inspection. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we will replace the product at no cost to you.

Warranty Duration:
The warranty period begins on the date of shipment and lasts for one year. For technical issues caused by manufacturing defects, the warranty coverage will only apply for the first 30 days. If the product is repaired or replaced under warranty, the original one-year warranty period will still apply.

Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the product due to manufacturing defects. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from the use or inability to use the product.

Warranty Transfer:
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

Exceptions:
The limitations of liability in this warranty do not apply in the case of:

  • Death or personal injury pursuant to mandatory product liability laws.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
  • A serious breach of major contractual obligations. In such cases, any damages will be limited to foreseeable damages typical of the contract.
